PCDL is challenging all ages to read, complete activities and visit the library this summer!

Meet the Challenge

Starting June 2, participants can log their reading, activities and more for a chance to win some awesome prize baskets! Register by visiting your local PCDL branch or online by visiting Beanstack. Log your minutes/books to earn tracking badges, and complete 5 activities to earn an activity badge. Once you earn a badge, you will receive virtual tickets to enter to win a prize basket, or a prize you pick up at a PCDL branch.

The Summer Reading Challenge is open to all ages!

  • Pre-readers (ages 0-5), can read up to eight hours or more in the challenge.
  • School-age readers (ages 6-12), can read up to 100 hours or more in the challenge.
  • Teen readers (ages 13-17) can read up to 12 books or more in the challenge.
  • Adults readers (ages 18+) can read up to to 20 books or more in the challenge.

  • School-Age: Amazon Kindle Kids
  • Teen: Beats Wireless Headphones
  • Adult: iRobot Roomba Vaccum
  • All Ages: Mini Projector & Roku Express
