Randolph Nutrition Classes

Free nutrition classes for adults who care for children will be held in the Randolph Community Center, beginning Wednesday, March 6 for six weeks.  Classes are taught by the Ohio State University Extension.  They will be held at 1pm on Wednesdays on the following dates:

March 6 - Get Moving.  Learn about "My Plate" and physical activity.

March 16 - Plan, Shop, Save - Plan for healthy meals within your budget

March 20 - Fruits and Veggies

April 3 - Whole Grains

April 10 - Build Strong Bones

April 17 - Limit foods high in fat, sugar, and salt
